As a neighbourhood bar where making excellent drinks and playing the right record at the right moment are the most important things, it’s hard to ‘diversify’ during a crisis. We have done what we can to distil our corner of the universe in to something that you can enjoy at home, and it comes in the form of a series of bottled drinks, developed by our bar team, and decorated by friends and family.
As in our normal menu we use natural ingredients free of additives and unnecessary sugars, combined with high quality spirits (and sometimes a bit of CBD) resulting in a composed cocktail for uncertain times.
All our mixed drinks endorse and support producers who we think do fantastic work and operate independently outside of the big conglomerates. For us this is an easy equation: using ingredients that are made without compromise and true sustainable practices makes for a better mixed drink for you. By supporting our range you are in turn supporting some of the best in the business who stand to be the hardest hit by the COVID-crisis.
