CURFEW

In response to yesterdays’ briefing from Downing Street, here’s our statement on where we go from here (again)…

The bar will for now be open the following times:

Thursday to Saturday – 4pm to 10pm

Last orders are 9:45pm, everyone must be safely out of the premises at 10pm.

Bookings are strongly advised via the site & OpenTable. We will do our upmost to seat walk-ins and have a waitlist system now in play if a table isn’t available. Bookings cannot be larger than six in accordance with government policy.

We’ve used the last 6 months to adjust the lighting, reupholster the banquets with some lovely cushions and make the venue COVID secure. The menu changes on a weekly basis, dependent on what we have to hand. It’s short and sweet but, if you don’t find something you like, we will always try to make up your favourite drink. Cold beers are on tap, house wines & BTW hard seltzers are by the bottle for drink in and take out.

Happy Hour will now be from 5-6pm daily with a £4.50 daily lower-abv aperitif available during this time (rrp £7.50).

As for what we think of the new measures, here’s Alex on the news talking about it yesterday. We welcome all your feedback and support through this challenging time. Community is strength.
