A lot of you ask about the sound-system and the story behind it. Whilst perpetuating myth by keeping mum can be fun, we’ve sought to debunk the riddles from facts with a handy cut out and keep guide:

• We wouldn’t consider ourselves in class with ‘audiophile’ bars - that’s a thing that operates on a whole different plane.

• We wouldn't really want to categorise the system/bar as anything; it’s a hi-fi, a hobby, an evolving bio-mass that one day may challenge and takedown a fat-berg. But not yet.

• The Tannoy speakers did once belong to Martin Hannett.

• The DJ booth comes up and down on pulleys from the ceiling.

• One day we will get some monitors. (promise)

• One day too, the deck doctor will come. ☹︎
